Several factors determine and impact how often your carpets need to be cleaned. If you have kids or pets (or both) in your home, then carpet cleaning needs to done more frequently. If you have a house full of smokers or high traffic, again, it needs to be done more frequently. If you host a lot of parties indoors, and are often left with food spills, then the carpet cleaning will need to be done more frequently.  I’m sure you get the idea by now.

WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVES TO MY HOUSE?

  • Provide clear access-Our technicians need access to transport his equipment to the room where he will be doing the cleaning, so please provide a clear path from the front door for easy access. If you need to move a car to allow them to park as close to the front door as possible, make sure that you do it as soon as possible to prevent any delays.

  • Move furniture out of the way -If you have kitchen tables, chairs, barstools, or patio furniture over the area being cleaned, move these out of the way to a safe location. After the cleaning, once the area is dry, you can move furniture back.

  • Remove floor coverings, like area rugs, mats-Set any floor coverings aside so the technician will have clear access to the entire floor. This will allow them full maneuverability to apply the deep cleaning process to every part bit of stone and grout.

  • Collect small pieces- Shoes, toys, and other small objects can make it difficult for technician to perform the cleaning.

PETS DURING THE SERVICE A new person visiting can make pets nervous. Before the technician comes, it is wise to have a plan for where you will keep any pets during the cleaning.
